BEHAVIOR

Our guests need to have a correct attitude with respect for the other people, the apartment, the environment. Any damage and/or argument reported will result in an expulsion of the determined guests from the apartment. Every day when the races are finished our guests must leave the apartment excepted for the guest that booked their package- accommodation with terrace.

PRICE

Prices are subject to change and are in Euros.

METHOD OF PAYMENTS

The totality of the payment has to be made in advance to book the packages.
Payment by bank wire – we accept deposits of 50% of the packages booked.

PROCEDURE

After your payment is made, please send us a confirmation by email at info @ monaco-gp.com.
Please provide us with a LIST OF CLIENTS (name and family name-ID document).
After your payment is received, we send you a confirmation, which you bring along with an ID document for the days of the event-the actual ticket will be provided on the day of the event.

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you wish to cancel your purchased package, no refund will be made.

LEGAL ENTRY AND DOCUMENTS

A passport and, if necessary, a visa, may be required depending on your point of origin. It is the traveler’s responsibility to provide all necessary documents.

INSURANCE

Monaco‐GP strongly advises all customers take out Europe wide travel insurance.

LIABILITY

Monaco‐GP shall not be held responsible for any claims, including personal or property damages, delays, illness, extreme fatigue, loss of use, resulting from:

  • Default, negligence, or omission.
  • Illness, strike, theft, mechanical breakdown, quarantine, government or police restrictions, war, terrorist act, weather conditions.
  • Or any other cause beyond our control, including any changes made to the itinerary as a result of these events.
  • The travelers’ physical condition, food poisoning, health problems, accident during the trip, etc.
  • Bankruptcy, suspension of a supplier or carrier’s business.

RACE CANCELLATIONS

If a major race is cancelled due to bad weather or conditions beyond Monaco‐GP’s control, such as a strike, war or terrorism attack, Monaco‐GP will not be held responsible and refunds will not be issued.
